Aluminum cores are inserted throughout the entire shutters to make sure the product lasts for a longer lifetime.
Painted with non-toxic paint finishes that have been proven to be environmentally safe and below acceptable VOC emission levels.
Baked-on paint finishes, UL tested, and UV stabilized to avoid discoloration.
The shutters have a 'soft look' which is a function of the use of the smooth-edged poly and the smooth powder-coating.
Constructed for maximum closure/narrow gaps to offer enhanced leverage of light and privacy.

Single Panel

A sample of a single panel is the easiest way to test our wood quality, fitting, finishes effect, components size, etc. You may custom all the elements however you want. The shipping cost for the single panel is more cost-effective.
Sample Box

A sample box contains all the main parts of our shutters, including the frames, stiles, color swatches, hardware, and an assembled panel. An excellent choice if you need to show samples to customers.
